Our story began in 1986. Our founder, Sonia Garcia, originally from Zaragoza, started with her small real estate in the south of Tenerife, particularly in the center of Los Cristianos. His great gift for making personal relationships could make an extensive list of contacts that I manage to retain. Expert in sales of properties on plan and collaborating with the largest developers of the island, sold countless properties becoming known as a benchmark in the real estate sector of Tenerife.
From 2007, he joined our team, his son Saul Rodriguez, who after finishing his Marketing and Sales studies decided to join since the real estate sector had always been his vocation. Together they were able to face the crisis of 2008 successfully but over time, due to the advance of new technologies, we had to adapt and reinvent ourselves.
OUR STORY SINCE 1986
In 2012, we decided to take a step forward and change our office, logo and corporate image to the beautiful area of Costa Adeje. This change was very significant as we started to have a quite international focus in a more digital way than we had been working during the last years.
In 2013, Saul completed a Master of Marketing and digital marketing in which he was able to implement new techniques of sale and marketing online through the new brand.
Since in this sector we are constantly evolving and given the great competition in the market of the south of Tenerife, Saul decided to give a turn over to the company, again began the start of a new office project in Los Cristianos, corporate image and logo, leaving the values of the brand but with a fresh and innovative approach, differing from traditional real estate and franchise, since then Nova Futuro Real Estate Boutique was born.
